(393 reviews) We stayed for 3 nights in the "FitzRoy" room with a king size bed, two comfy sofas, in room safe, large bathroom - the best part was the SUPERB view of Lake Argentino. To sit by the window and look out at the end of the day, and in the early morning was so relaxing and beautiful. The staff were very professional and friendly. We ate two dinners at the restaurant onsite and they were both very tasty (the lentil stew was such a comfort food). NOTE: when you stay on the upper floor, their are some stairs at the front (or you have to enter from the back entrance where there are no stairs). The location is on a STEEP HILL, so walking downhill into the city center is no problem, but coming back we used UBER or the hotel shuttle (there is a Fee) which only runs in the evenings (you have to call the hotel on WhatsApp to arrange the shuttle - this process should be made more efficient with set schedules times so that you can plan your day and get back to the hotel.
