The staff needs to be trained more.

Nice neighborhood, good restaurants around areas, nice room with view, clean, nice staffs

The room was comfortable and well presented, and the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful. However, there was a loud noise coming from the vents throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep and was quite unpleasant.

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

I really liked the spacious room, clean bathroom, gym and their hospitality! The front desk service was so amazing: she upgraded our room for free when I asked her if the room has a bathtub and even gave us free coffee tickets too. She was very kind and friendly:) The location is okay too with a convenience store within a minute walk.

It was great food was a bit expensive but very nice hotel

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village. Staff was AMAZING extremely helpful and English speaking as well. They have a conviene store right inside the hotel which made it even better! Super clean and close to a train station and it was close to a lot of good spots!

Room was very spacious, self check in was great but there is staff around to assist if needed.

Amazing hotel that is very well situated for the many great sights and sounds of Seoul! Amazing customer service, room delivery, breakfast, and room cleaning. 1. Love the 2 free water bottles stocked in the room everyday. 2. The breakfast is totally worth it. Love all of the options. 3. Several bus stops, ATMs, and convenience stores right near the hotel. 4. Subway line is directly in front of the hotel. Amazing! 5. Myeongdong and Deoksugung Palace are nearby. Great pricing as well. Would come back here. 10/10!
