Our stay at Inn at Lost Creek was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The valet team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly, making the arrival process effortless. At the front desk, we were greeted with genuine smiles and outstanding hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was receiving a complimentary room upgrade. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful room featuring two balconies overlooking Mountain Village. As an added bonus, there was a concert taking place when we arrived, making the atmosphere even more special. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. Everything worked flawlessly, and we never had to call maintenance for anything. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every staff member went above and beyond to help us, even with the smallest details. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on us. The rooftop hot tub was another unforgettable feature. After a day of exploring Telluride, being able to relax in the hot tub while enjoying the incredible mountain views was simply perfect. We were also traveling with our dog, Luna, and the way the staff welcomed and accommodated her made our stay even more enjoyable. The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night, the alarm was faulty. No restaurant, but we paid top prices for sub par food on paper plates 😬. Waterside was out of order. Not a pleasant stay!

Our rooms were spacious and clean. The resort was an easy walk to town and for those who preferred not to walk, complimentary shuttles are available. My family and I were very pleased.
