Great places for a family love everything about this place

This hotel is under renovation so there is construction, cones, plastic tarps visually everywhere. They only had the restaurant open for lunch and dinner (which as a nice restaurant with good service) and the main bar available for lunch and drinks for the middle of the day. There is no outside bar open and the photos where the waterfall is is coned/blocked off. Also you can’t see the beach from the pool it’s covered with bushes so you aren’t getting the beach front experience I was hoping for. We did enjoy the ukulele and lei making classes and the evening music nightly at the bar. It was all fine but I wish I would have known before booking and wish we didn’t pay what we paid for room, taxes, resort fees and parking. I certainly feel like there were other better options on the island for the price point we paid

Had a wonderful stay. We did the prime rib buffet and it was good. Nachos by the pool were good. Hula pie— hands down the best! The hotel staff were amazing even with our flight being cancelled they booked us a discounted room and were very gracious. We appreciate all they did.

We loved this beautiful, convenient hotel.

This was a lovely stay. We ended up in the Napua wing and it truly was great. The staff was very kind and remembered our names instantly. A lazy river should come with every hotel hahaha!

Everything was petfect! Great rooms, grest staff, pool area was clean and well maintained, easy access to local shops and food! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

We enjoyed our first time at this resort! Loved our room which overlooked the fishing pond and golf course. Balcony was huge and having 2 bedrooms was great! Loved the Pools and slides, arcade and ping pong and the staff were great there! Food and drinks at pool was really good just a bit pricey. The canyon grill has good food and Ricardo was the best server. However, disappointed that they didn’t have Starbucks and when we ordered espresso drinks they took a long time and only 16 oz. Only did that once. Loved the farmers market! Nice to have that! Loved having the golf carts handy to take us around the resort! Cleaning of the unit was not the best. After waiting 2 hours for our room to be cleaned and inspected, we found dust on the counters and in bathrooms and bedrooms. Also the washer dryer unit needed cleaning but we did it bc takes too long to get housekeeping. Took housekeeping 3 tries to get our room finished during a mini cleaning and still missed one of the bedrooms. Other than the cleaning, we enjoyed the resort! It’s a great place for families. They need to get better at housekeeping and really have a coffee shop so we can get good and right coffee rather than driving to Starbucks.

We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and yoga sessions with Mia. Outstanding location - close to, but away from, the busy Honolulu area. Short drive to the north shore beaches.
