I only stayed one day/night but I was very happy with the location, the style and cleanliness. We have t tried the breakfast because we had an early flight to catch. I’ll stay there again when I visit San Francisco in the future.

Stunningly well designed and maintained. Super relaxing. Extraordinary helpful and kind staff. Ridiculously good food. For us it was truly worth the marginal extra cost. When we went, it wasn't *that* much more expensive than the other properties but is by far the nicest. Nice snorkeling right off their beach which is one of the only sand beaches around. A large family pool and a very nice adult pool. Excellent rooms. Just beautiful.

The resort was beautiful! Felt like a tropical getaway, beautiful wildlife, room was was clean and well maintained, Restaurants on resort were amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed the spa! Great Resort!

Love the Grand Wailea but things are starting to show wear and tear. They need updating on the cobblestone pathways around the pools. There are broken ones that you can trip on and they become so slippery I saw several people fall while we’re there. They also get so hot during the day people are always complaining and rushing to get off them. There has to be some sort of non-slip/anti heat coating they can put on them or they should find a new material to use. It’s dangerous. Bathrooms in the rooms could also use a deep clean but everything else about the property is absolutely beautiful!

This hotel was amazing. It’s across the street from the beach. The hotel lets you rent three beach items per day for free(we rented a chair, umbrella and paddle board). The rooftop pool is amazing and clean with great snacks& drinks you can order. They also have water refill stations throughout the hotel, so bring water bottle. The buffet is worth it. Ask about Longboard club(I think that’s what’s it’s called). It’s a breakfast buffet in am until 10 am and had drinks and appetizers starting at 4 pm. It was worth paying for the buffet. I loved our room and they are super clean & updated. All staff was amazing. Ty

Amazing property right near Universal. Convenient trolly to/from Universal every hour. Friendly staff, great pool with nightly family movies, and good food.

Resort rooms need updating. Not very clean. Had damp musty smell in the room.

Great place. Front desk staff unfortunately non existent but experience overall was great

Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking coffee and banana bread.

The room was nice but what you are really paying for here is the location. From here you can easily walk to concerts, space needle, etc. Is that worth $400 for a single bed with no view? Up to you. The parking was easy, elevators slow, staff very friendly.
