El lugar es muy tranquilo si quieres relajarte , el personal muy alegre , la comida fue buena , la bebida también, todo muy limpio los pisos las sabanas las toallas, si buscas algo tranquilo para calmar el estrés de la ciudad este es un buen lugar , la playa estaba bonita pero había muchas medusas y me picaron varias veces ese fue el único inconveniente q vi pero todo lo demás excelente

The staff is amazing. The location is easy to navigate. It’s not a mega resort like Barcelo or Hard Rock. It’s an adult couple vibe very lowkey. Go club level it’s so well worth it!

This was the third time my family and I vacationed here. We love that this property accommodates for larger families and you can obtain a house rather just a hotel room. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and considering how large this property is they do a great job of maintaining it. Food at the restaurants is excellent and well priced. Beach is clean and because of the retaining wall the water is always calm. Highly recommend.

The resort was beautiful! Expedia had its own concierge, and Franklin was a wonderful surprise. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail.
