Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it.
Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door.

This was a good hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the property was well maintained and like all Japanese hotels super clean. Our room was lovely and had a great view. I would have given 5 stars but there was literally nowhere to store your clothes. No shelves or drawers so we used the sofa and windowsill.

During the Silver Week, I decided to take a trip with my sister. To avoid Typhoon in Tokyo area, I decided to go to the South and it was the right decision. Hakata offered a lot, including the nice weather and the food was excellent. I always stay at Hyatt when I visited Hakata. The hotel room is large and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. The bathroom especially is very roomy and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when you visit Hakata.
