For some reason or another... I am being charged for water that was in the fridge. Even though, I brought some water up to my room from the front counter. This seems like a reason to take some of my deposit. Everytime I come here my rooms aren't completely clean and toiletries are sometimes missing. I tried to complain to staff, and only one time I was given another room. Sheets were dirty and I couldn't get a new room because of staff. I'm over this Ameristar hotel.
