Good location for driving into Reims; we parked at railway station car park next door. Clean room, nice little hot drink station and microwave. Big room compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Staff were friendly and helpful

Our bedroom was very tired in appearance The breakfast room was too small and was overwhelmed at the busiest time to the point where food and crockery run out. there were too few staff and very disorganised little skills noted in the bakery as most of the patisserie was bought in. Overall is=t was extremely poor for a Relais .

The AC was not working. The temperature in the room was 25.5 degrees celsius. We were told they would send someone to repair it, which did not happen. The other solution offered was to open the window. And then we were told that we would be refunded 50% of our first night stay, which did not happen either. Very disappointing.

Nice interesting place with kids if character. A bit dated due to age and wear and tear but we don't mind it. Bath is big enough for two

Room was a good size and well fitted out. Aircon was good. Breakfast really good.
