We spent 50 euros a day in taxis and had to wait well over an hr sometimes for a taxi at busy times. The English breakfast was cold. And snake bar food was dreadful! Some of the staff were charming. I hate to give a bad review but we were mislead on booking. We thought we were in walking distance to estapona beach but that takes well over an hr to walk. If you don’t have a car I don’t think this is the hotel to book. (1,002 reviews) The room was nice, definitely an older hotel, but kept up nice. The breakfast layout was really poor. One coffee machine and water machine side by side. People were lined up constantly and created traffic jams and ruined the flow of the buffet. This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel, it’s sad to see the same layout. Many tables were unable to get drinks because of it. We were unable to get coffee one morning because of the people jam near the machines. Set out premade coffee in carafes or something.
