For a 4 star hotel it’s quite run down and old. We stayed 3 days. The amenities are nice. We had an ant problem in our room which was gross, they came and cleaned it up and sprayed a bunch of chemicals. Wouldn’t stay here again!

The property is in a great location and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful AC blowing and enjoyed the beautiful pools. Will definitely stay here again.

All staff are customer focused and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast greeters , the room cleaners and pool staff, go above and beyond and provided excellent service.
My only criticism concerned the room as it was tired, and definitely needs attention. The bathroom plaster was falling out of the door frames, the bathroom was shabby. I had previously stayed here and the room was a higher standard, and one of the reason, I returned.

This is our third year at this resort as a family, we really like it, great rooms, lots of sun loungers, good food options (gf and vegetarian), friendly staff, clean, some night life (music stops at 11pm), some programs (aqua aerobics, yoga, beach boat etc.) highly recommend.
