For a 4 star hotel it’s quite run down and old. We stayed 3 days. The amenities are nice. We had an ant problem in our room which was gross, they came and cleaned it up and sprayed a bunch of chemicals. Wouldn’t stay here again!

It was brilliant being in such a large complex and having constant availability to the shuttle buses. They made it so easy to get around and even the drivers opening the door for you was amazing.

Brilliant property, been a few times now. It’s clean, family friendly & the pool area is lovely place to just chill. A few restaurants near by or on site.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, however there are a few things I want to note if you are reading this and want to travel there:
The airport shuttle from the hotel was 55€ when the uber was around £27 (£31-£32)
On the “Things to do” section it lists outdoor tennis court and volleyball however both of these facilities didn’t appear to be very well maintained
Getting around by foot in such a hilly area is a lot and constantly booking Ubers can amount to quite abit. In addition to this the hotel is quite far from Albufeira (around 30 minutes) so a car is A MUST
