I've stayed at this property several times, mostly because of its location in Old City. It's clean and nice. It's a little sketchy checking in at night in the dark doorway. Major problem is Sousite's check in system which is unclear and requires just about everything in your life except a blood test. Extremely annoying and unnecessary. And they want extra money or charge your credit and give it back days later. We do all the work (tap tap tapping) and they get all the money. Forget it. I'm not doing this again.

Hotel well laid out and loved our room but probably will not stay here again. Value and experience did not align with the almost $700 nightly rate. Misinformation on bar being open, it was not, after inviting friends for drinks so shifted to restaurant and took so long had to cancel half the round. Got back from dinner and bar closed again so no place for nightcap or dessert.

I received a bogus charge to my room bill made by someone else when paying their bar tab. The staff hasn't been very helpful in resolving the disputed charge.

i had a nice trip at aka, the only thing i would say is when i checked in the staff didnt explain how the parking or where to park and we are out of towners so it was confusing and also they didnt explain hotel key worked and that was needed it for the elevator. My boyfriend and i had to ask another guest how it worked after we already got trapped onto the elevator. the pool was very nice and the amenities were beautiful. The only other thing i would say negative is that the pictures of my room before booking showed the other side of the hotel with the city when we arrived we were on the complete opposite side without the view that the photos showed. overall, we had a very nice time. Thank you for having us.

It was very noisy at night around 2-4am. And you couldn't control the temperature in the room. It was restricted.
