I wasn’t impressed at check out when I was charged another 20.00 US per night as an extra fee (like a resort fee without a resort). That should have been included in the cost of the hotel when I booked. Hotel was close to all things I wanted to see-very walkable, which I really enjoyed. Limited selection in the hotel restaurant, but good for my first night after travelling.

Excellent Hotel that we will return to. Special features like a car available for very short one way trips to drop off are appealing benefits. We wish there was a hot water dispenser or warmer in the room for tea because the Nespresso machine is wonderful but will not heat water. Great Hotel

AC and elevators were not working properly.

Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, rooms are pretty simple but clean and well kept. The only parking option is valet which is $75 USD per night, and there’s no coffee maker in the rooms which is a little inconvenient

We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfectly sized for the two of us, and it was very clean. All of the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful. We hope to stay again in the future!

They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well.

6 stars for the staff! Arthur the bellman and Tomteo (?) the breakfast server. They quote “the largest room in the house is the room to improve “. Our experience was a service level that was always looking to surprise and delight. And the rooms and hotel are epic at large. Our new Seattle place to stay.

getting the temperature regulated was a challenge
