Apartment was spacious, had a kitchen and clothes washer/dryer. It is only 1 km from the city centre. There is a bus no 37 that leaves from the front of the hotel and arrives at central station in two stops. To get there from the airport, catch a train to central station then bus 37 to the hotel. There are shops and middle eastern restaurants close by. You need to know the exact address of the hotel in order to find it because there is only a small sign on a door facing the street

Absolutely incredible spa. We tacked on an additional two days at the end of our trip because we loved it so much.
The spas, pools, hot tubs, steam rooms and rituals are all incredible. The breakfast is amazing and we looked forward to it every morning.
Easy bus ride to/from Oslo. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Had high expectation to visit this place.
The service was disappointing at the best. we were left alone on our self with zero help from the staff.. judging from previous review, the same problem still exist. I guess the only improvement they’re trying to do is to reply bad reviews. It’s the same standard answer without actual action to improve their service.
