Centrally located of the City. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff were friendly.

Some of the hotel is worn like the carpet but the service was exceptional

I was up on the 2nd floor so had to go up a lot of stairs with my heavy suitcase. The shower didn't function well. The water was either very hot or very cold.

Bit awkward for those who do not care for lifts.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault it and would recommend it.

It's our home away from home whenever we're in Scotland. It's a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Breakfast is always amazing. The only thing that wasn't great for us this time was that the swimming pool was closed a couple of times for maintenance. Staff members are always lovely. The rooms are specious and well appointed, but our room (342) could have done with deep clean as it was a bit dusty under the beds and behind furniture, there was also an open bottle of wine in the fridge which makes me think the fridge wasn't cleaned. Still, we will definitely come back.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious (and the staff there were so so friendly) and the location of the hotel on the Royal Mile is PERFECT!

The hotel was incredible. The food and drinks weren’t just the best we had while in the UK, but some of the best we’ve ever had worldwide. The consistency of all the drinks and meals was out of this world! Highly highly recommend.
