Booking was easy. But just a bunch of issues that were slightly frustrating giving how much you are paying to say in a “nice hotel”.
- Room was not ready at check in time, and then we were still not informed when it was ready (just had to come back 1.5 hours later and check)
- We booked as they advertised a spa and I knew my kids would like that but on arrival was told they did not have one.
- I asked for parking on arrival, but was told it was full and I should have booked (but was sent a message on booking telling me I specifically could not book parking)
- Room was not as clean as I would have expected.
Nothing on its own was terrible but just a combination of things and lack of help or offers from staff leave a sour taste.

Parking great as was ability to walk across the road to the wharf.
