I’ve traveled extensively around the world during my time in the U.S. Marine Corps and later as a businessman, and I’ve stayed in more hotels than I could ever count. I can honestly say this is one of the finest properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, kind, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality wasn’t just excellent—it felt sincere. To me, the true measure of a great hotel isn’t just its architecture or amenities, but the people who bring it to life every day. In that regard, this place is second to none. The beauty of the property is simply a reflection of the incredible people who care for it and the guests who stay here. Thank you for making our visit such a memorable one. We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We also loved the guest lounges on every floor. They were comfortable places to unwind, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Overall, Hoshinoya Tokyo exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

Perfect, wonderful stay. Walking distance

Wonderful place to stay and the staff were very accommodating. Close to all the landmarks you’d want to visit within Shibuya. Upgrade to the king sized room. You’ll need that extra space.

This is a high end hotel. Our room was huge and the property was immaculate. The restaurants were great and it was walking distance to trains.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We were able to check in early after a long flight, which was a great bonus. The rooms are very quiet, the area safe and close to many restaurants. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Clean and moden place. Having an in -suite laundry was super convenient( 2in1 laundry). This hotel apartment had all the amenities you need. Eg toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, slippers, hair ties, shaver and laundry detergent. Only item that was missing was lotion but that wasn't a big deal. Location was excellent as it was few steps to the trains. The monorail was also a few steps away and it takes you straight to haneda airport within 15mins. If you catch the express train it will take you there within 6 min (train ride). Overall 5 stars and would definately recommend for family with children.

The hotel is brand new, clean & spacious (even with the smallest room) However, the shower without a tub is pretty small. Washer/dryer is perfect size for daily use.
