The staff was extremely helpful and curtious, they try their utmost best to ensure that we are happy and comfortable, we like that.

Wouldn't change a thing!!! Can't wait to go back!

Staff at bars and poolside and housekeeping were nice. Front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful with attitude.

The room was pretty; however, the loveseat was torn and unusable as a pull out bed. We didn't need it for that, but for those who would need it, a no go. We even spoke to a lady who was snorkeling that said hers was torn also and that it took 4 hours for her to get sheets for it. That they just kept telling her to call back when her kid only wanted to go to bed. I understand that the staff need to do their best to sell you things, that is understandable. But, we were treated like not buying into their "required" programs was offensive. Sorry, I am on vacation for the first time in a year and I don't want to sit through a hour long presentation where you try to get even more of my money. No thanks. But, that was not an answer they took lightly. The food was gross. Yes, buffet style is to be expected. But the majority of the time it was cold. The meats and cheese for sandwiches were left out on open tables in a very lightly cooled room with doors open. Flies galore. Gross. And the meat did not look like it had been cooled for days. The cheese was almost melted sitting on the plates. Again, gross. The transportation that we purchased on top of the resort charge was CRAZY. People there drive like they have a death. Also, getting ready to leave the resort to get to the airport, no one at the front desk or bell desk area could tell us how or when we would be picked up. We had to hope and pray the shuttle would just appear when we needed to go. The shop owners in airport, very rude.

Staff was amazing, food was great, amenities and activities were all great. My only suggestion, they could provide a map of the grounds, shops, amenities and restaurants to each guest upon arrival. We could have. Also, we couldn’t use the tennis or pickle ball courts due to the rain and flooding, an overhead canopy. Kindly, Nzinga

Just stayed 14 days in B block. 1-100, they earned a 98. Grounds are immaculate. Staff work around the clock to maintain cleanliness, using fallen flowers to make hearts on the main lawn, never got the man's name but he renews the lawn daily! Housekeeping is near perfect! Keisha and her fill in never missed a thing! Turn down service was great and even tidied up a bit more. Mrs. Carol's morning hymns, smile, joy, and meals were GOD SENT! Shanel was a delight each morning! Patrick, Ashley, and Shanae are AMAZING for entertainment. Amos is a delight with cold towels and fruit kabobs. Odane quickly fixed a small ac drain issue. The nurse helped my wife. Cecelia stood out during our private dinner at the Spa Gazebo! The massages we purchased were perfect in every way, including the views from the huts! We enjoyed Dunn's River, watersports staff raked and cleaned the beach multiple times each day, WITH JOY! All pools were well kept (leaves happen all day, but are kept cleaned up). Food service at all restaurants was superb, even for a long stay. Had only 2 small issues, other guests who could not handle their drinks and were disrespectful, vulgar, and rude. Once, during dinner, 4 drunks crowded my table yelling their "hello's" at one another. When they crowded to the point they bumped me, I left to avoid conflict. Staff and the manager apologized and sent my food to the room. The other issue was a "day pass" from Tower Isle at the pool. I never saw anyone curtail them.-2 pts G & J

Food was excellent, rooms and property were superclean. Staff very friendly. My only complaint was the slippery tiled floor along the corridors to my room. Had to exercise extreme caution while walking, praying that there were no wet spots.
