My first day of checking in they gave me a room that the TV fan or AC. He wasn't working. I called and went down. They gave us another room.They actually upgraded their room to a studio but the TV in there didn't work. We had mold growing out the closet. The weather wasn't the best. I think that resort needs to have activities so when people come to the resort, they could have things to do if they can't sit out in the beach. we had to go off the resort to enjoy the vacation to do things because it wasn't nothing to do at the resort but to sit on the beach and drink. so we couldn't do that because it was windy and rainy a couple of days so we just sit in the room. I won't be coming back there until they get some type of activity for adults to do to enjoy yourself on the resort and not have to go off the resort, but the staff was wonderful. They did the best. I really enjoyed them.

1\. Staff were extremely pushy about upgrading to signature level and completing their “surveys”. We were harassed daily by them about this 2\. Food overall was terrible. Limited selection, challenging to get reservations. We were sick on multiple occasions from the food. 3\. The pool was very cold. 4\. Beach areas are not as advertised. 5\. House keeping did just an OK job, multiple days they forgot to restock towels. We then waited 1+ hours for staff to deliver these. 6\. Overall upkeep of resort buildings was poor.
