2- there was no iron and iron table in room
3- no sleepers in room

The worst ultra all inclusive hotel you can ever visit . The food as sooo bad , ordered nachos and guacamole, had to wait two hours in this a la carte restaurant, only to get half an avocado with a unbearable sauce on top . The tacos were so bad as well . There is no customer experience , no follow ups , no attention . I lost my sunglasses and they could not care less to try to find it . Everytime i try to speak with the customer service they say they will look into it and never reply . One of the worst hotels i have been in .

The hotel is superb! I stayed here with family and we all really enjoyed it! If you are visitng Ozdere i highly recommend it.
