I kept having problems getting hot water, but the views were amazing

It was ok. It was small so it was hard to get a chair at certain times

Breakfast menu was great, free with the night's stay also. Location was excellent, very friendly staff.

Check in was quick and simple. Rooms are large and clean. Only thing I would have liked that was not there was a fridge. We were able to store our luggage for the day to explore and when we returned the free shuttle to the airport was quick. The hotel is close to the airport but quite a distance from downtown Panamá City. If you are hoping to explore the city it may not be the property you want to stay at unless you are willing to Uber to downtown.

This is the definition of a 5 start hotel. We went to celebrate my husbands birthday because he's an avid golfer. It was easy to book tee times and the service was impeccable. The course was wel maintained and even saw a crocodile. The hotel itself went above and beyond because our room wasn't ready at time of arrival.

Easily one the best hotel stays ever. Great property. Great food. Excellent service.

It's an ok Hotel, however for the second time my shower drain has issues and the cleaning in that area could be better.
