Kind staff and very clean ans easy access to the street

I stayed with my family of three kids and we had an incredible time. Staff was so nice and location was great! So may good options and close to transportation. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Need to replace the wood flooring and the furniture door

Location and the staff are wonderful. However, the room was small. We booked a superior family room for 3 of us and it’s still very small. I would stay again if i am coming by myself but not with my family.

Location was good but staff not helpful and the TV did not have language option to change to english. The walls were thin so could hear next room.

I booked this property for three nights, but I ended up leaving after one night. I should have known when I saw it informed me to check in via a machine... The rooms are small. The bathrooms are small and awkward, with the sink outside of the bathroom. Yes, they will refresh towels and trash daily, but actual room cleaning is only once every three days. And the elevators are absolutely atrocious. I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get an elevator. It was a mistake to stay here, and I won't do it again.
