The room I stayed in was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool offered a panoramic view of the city that was gorgeous at night when the city lights came on. Would absolutely recommend people stay and will be staying again when in Da Nang

Awesome room and amenities, with a wonderful seaside view. Could be a 5* experience with just a bit of staff training and focus. Check in boss was amazing and should be in charge of training and re-focusing on guests....he was absolutely exemplary! This hotel has everything going for it, with so little tweaking to make it five star daily. Trash bins at elevators and ash trays outside frequently overflowing with staff standing idle. Rooftop bar employees were all exceptional....as if they were employed at a different hotel. Their cleanliness standards were much higher than the front of the house staff and you could feel a sense of pride in presenting a nice place for guests to enjoy! Again, overall stay was awesome, but the people out front and in the lobby should refocus on guests and put their phones down.

The room and amenities were awesome. Excellent way to start the day with coffee any way you like it and any type of breakfast that you desire. Fresh fruit, custom egg dishes, the list goes on.

We stay in many high-end hotels, including Hilton Saigon. This is one of our favorite hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was welcoming and attentive

A great hotel which is modern and in a convenient location. The roof top pool was a plus. The restaurant and breakfast were tasty.

Perfect place to stay in Da Nang. Treat you really well when VIP. Even received complimentary massage service for two.. Will definitely be returning.
