Riviera anglaise − Séjours réservés aux adultes

I honestly don’t know where to start, other than to say that Villa Marina has absolutely ruined every other hotel for me. From the moment I arrived, the hosting was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, including accommodating a late check-in, and every little detail had clearly been thought of. I’m talking everything you could possibly need, including make-up removal wipes and, most importantly, seagull-silencing earplugs (if you know, you know!). It’s the little things that make such a huge difference, and Villa Marina has absolutely nailed them. The bed deserves a special mention. As someone who is very familiar with Strange Bed Syndrome, I can confirm that there was absolutely none of that here. Just a wonderfully comfortable bed and a proper night's sleep. A miracle in itself! As a female solo traveller, feeling safe and comfortable is incredibly important to me, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. That, combined with the warm, thoughtful and genuinely exceptional hosting, made this such a lovely experience. And because I’m an OT, I have to give bonus points for the practical safety details! A non-slip mat available for the shower and good external lighting? Yes, please! It's lovely to see a place that has clearly thought about the little things that can make such a big difference to people's safety and independence. Then there was the lemon drizzle cake waiting on arrival. Exquisite. Quite possibly better than my mums! Cleanliness- spotless!

Excellent Guest House! Good location, very friendly hosts, nice rooms, and lovely breakfast. Highly recommendable.
