Great room and location, very helpful staff.

I booked this room the last minute, and our family has been traveling Hong Kong, and Japan (Osaka, Nara, & Kyoto). This hotel was the best out of all the hotels. It had washer/dryer combo machine, Nepresso machine, cooking utensils, refrigerator, large bath, etc. The only negative would be no view of outside as there was a building right next to it.

The room is spacious and spotless. All the amenities are more than we needed. Each person at the front desk was incredibly helpful.

So we originally booked a much cheaper but smaller hotel, but decided space was extremely necessary in order to enjoy downtime and have enough space to organize 2 larger suitcases after all the shopping. The room is huge compared to most Tokyo hotels, with all the key amenities such has dryer washer, blow dryer, slippers and robes, dining table with 4 chairs, fridge safe vacuum iron hangers microwave, oven stove top and sink plus utensils and more. The location is nice, close to okachimachi station and not a far walk to Ueno. I 100% recommend. 1 note, there is no designated smoking area in or around the hotel

Hotel has all the things you need including a convenience store located in the basement. Great free breakfast if you have lounge access. Stayed here twice and like this location as a Tokyo base.

Over rated per pictures and a sub section of a much larger hotel which was a surprise plus rooms ok not at level for cost per night. Staff very nice.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

Got there late on Monday night, check-in process was so quick and easy. Staff are super efficient and super friendly. Room was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend for families, couples or anyone wanting a more quiet place to stay. That's also very convenient for trains and transport in general.

Amazing property. The location is very close to Ueno Station in a quiet neighborhood. Felt nice to escape the bustle of Tokyo when coming back to the room. The room is very large for Tokyo. Washer and dryer in the room. Also a fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was very nice. The staff was excellent! They were super friendly and held our luggage for us no problem. The pillows were a little bizarre but it was a minor issue. The only suggestion I have is to have separate trash bins for the burnable and non burnable trash.

This hotel was absolutely dreamy! From the premises to the staff, everything was amazing. The hotel's garden is one of the most prettiest we've ever seen. We went during firefly season and that was such an unreal scene. The room was gorgeous and they serviced our room twice a day which made it so nice to arrive to after a busy long day of walking. We definitely look forward to staying here again. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. If you are looking to stay in an upscale hotel with all the amenities and away from all the busy touristy spots, this is the place to stay in!

Staff was very friendly & helpful on checkin & checkout. Kitchen had more than needed, large refrigerator & freezer. Spacious room. Would stay here again.
