If not for them I would’ve rated staff and serve as horrible! The rooms are very comfortable and neat. I love the rooms. They are luxurious indeed. I noticed my sheets were not changed in a week! I thought this was really bad!! There’s some construction work going on opposite the hotel and this is beyond their control I guess but it makes the front of the hotel dirty and too noisy.
