We were 2 family of 3 with 2 different rooms. both room phones never worked from day 1 and never fixed in our 3 days stay even with multiple request in lobby,
Anytime we needed something missing , had to walk long way to reach lobby, and they may or may not send to room as they know you will fed up. i guess that was a systematic issue to have reduced staff and casing ZERO room service. i am sure , it is something that not going to be fixed

This is a gem of a hotel.
Lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. Our two rooms are amazing! So so clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay.
Brilliant location. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

If a personalised luxury experience is what you are after, then The Oberoi Marrakech is the place for you. Nothing is too much of an ask, the exceptional staff will go out their way to make the stay comfortable for you. Along with the outstanding service the property is out of this world as well as the facilities, we moved to another property after but missed the oberoi immensely. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...
