The only negative part of this hotel is room carpet. Which is very dirty looks like a public place. So my recommendation will be to hotel management to change all dirty carpets in the rooms.

This was our favorite five star hotel of our trip to Croatia. We stayed in four different properties between split, Hvar and Dubrovnik.

Staff okay. Room smelled like mildew entire time. Told them. They didn’t care. Quite smug about it.

The receptionists on both check in and check out were a real credit to the hotel and let us check in early for our stay. Massive room with great views looking into Split harbour.

Hotel was great albeit was a little surprised they had no toilets around reception. The location was questionable as the shopping centre is effectively shut and the only operating business is the hotel itself. Entering via a back door also didn’t deliver on that luxury feeling we were expecting. Staff was very friendly and delighted they allowed an early check in
