Great stay! Comfy beds and clean room. Nice amenities, there was even a clothes steamer in the closet! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an excellent stay in Lisbon and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was unbeatable—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The only minor drawback was the hotel restaurant. While the food was decent, it didn’t quite live up to the rest of the experience. We also attended the Fado night, which unfortunately felt a bit underwhelming and lacked the authentic atmosphere we were hoping for. That said, this was a very small part of an otherwise fantastic stay. Everything else was outstanding, and we would happily return. Overall, a well-deserved 5/5!

The breakfast was different but good and also free.The staff was patient with our many questions about getting around and there were plenty of restaurants in our immediate area.Also transportation was near we were on a train a subway and busses also we took a taxi here and there

Over all okay but a few things to point out are - No outlet in bathroom to plug in dryer, no where to set your stuff like hair brush, make up etc in bathroom, there were ants in bathroom and bedroom too - Coffee machine was not plugged in, I had to move the table to plug it in. Fridge not plugged in, when I asked front desk they told me to see if I can plug it in myself if not they will assist, I had to get on my hand and knees to reach behind the table to plug it in. Not my job with amount of money I have paid.
