(1,678 reviews) The staff and everyone was super nice and accommodating. They even helped us move rooms since our first room was very noisy. We tried our best to ignore but they moved us to the 4th floor which was a much nicer stay from that regard. The main thing for us was the cleanliness of it all. So everything seemed cleaned for the most part but there were ants all over the room. We first noticed from a cleanliness perspective when we were looking to call the front desk and noticed the phone was disconnected. When I went to go look behind to connect it, it was extremely dusty back there and as I looked up towards the top of the head board, it was pretty dusty too. The biggest thing were the ants though. We noticed them a lot in the bathroom and in the desk area of the room. Mainly in the bathroom though, there was a lot in the bathroom. Overall, the staff was super nice and everything was super close, but the cleanliness was the biggest thing for us. The bathroom is spacious. It's a great location, walking distance to a lot of historic sites and restaurants. The free popcorn and candy every afternoon and hot cocoa was an added bonus.
