Excellent stuff, excellent location

We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property easy access from station

I stayed two days at the beginning of Aug, great stay! Very clean and comfortable room. Restaurant was nice and food good, I’m easy to please so others may expect more. Service was great and the young lady hostess was very friendly

Very well located. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. They even remembered our names. The room service was prompt. A pleasure to stay in a hotel like this

The hotel is great and the staff is wonderful and very helpful!

Absolutely beautiful property. We tried to Omakaze restaurant which was an absolute treat. The hotel breakfast is unparalleled. The spa is also quite lovely. The only complaint is that taxis to and from town are pricey, but for the traveler who wants a property where they do not have to leave, it is absolutely wondetful. The bar is also fantastic and the rooms modern and clean. The rooms are also temperate controlled appropriately, especially considering AC is not common in Switzerland. Fabulous property-top notxh!
