Above and beyond all of these things though what really set this hotel apart is the staff who work so hard in providing the guests with a top rate experience. Each member of staff I encountered remained friendly, courteous and professional throughout my stay. Housekeeping also was impeccable. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for playing a massive part on what was a fab week in Lisbon. Couple of suggestions (for the sake of balance) Small Nespresso machine in the room would make a massive difference, instant coffee sachets are abit old fashioned. Also a fresh bottle of water each day I'm sure would be appreciated by most guests. Keep up the good work, hotel britania, I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely consider heritage hotels on a future Lisbon visit.
