We couldn't open the door to our room unless my husband threw his shoulder at it. Staff had to figure out how to get the heat to work. Needed to reset it and stand on a chair to get to the settings on top of the unit. Staff had to move furniture to unplug the TV to reset it. Then each time it was turned on you had to go to 99 and then the channel you wanted to get the color on the TV. Smoke detector fell down from the ceiling with wires exposed and not fixed even after I told staff. Overhead light went out one evening. Back door was always open and unlocked. No need for a passkey to enter in the back of the property.
