The place was very run down and dingy, lamp shade was cracked; pillow cases were dirty and sheets were ripped. Door didn’t close good and had three separate protection locks? The saving grace of this place was the check in staff. Not sure if this review matters anymore since the gov’t purchased this hotel and is changing it to a homeless shelter. I was notified that my reservation was ending two days early the night before I had to check out because the hotel was sold! That was completely unacceptable! The hotel should have given me more notice than that. Nothing was even said to me when I checked in on 9/24 that I had to leave two days early.

I was a little disappointed when we ask for a non-smoking room and the people right next-door to us set out on the balcony and smoked and then the people below us outside their room smoked which made our room almost unbearable. It was not very clean but the bed was more comfortable than we thought.

This was clean and well kept for an older property. All of the staff members that we encountered were really nice and helpful. Our requests were met with a great attitude and were handled without delay. We would stay again.

The bed was not comfortable, neither of us felt like we slept. The drawers kept opening, finally gave up trying to close them. The room itself was clean, the courtyard was upkept and its in a good location.

Close to hwy. all stores and food within walking distance. as far as Quality inn & suites, Old style look with all the modern amenites. Beds comfortable, fridge, microwave, coffee, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Class Act! will definitely stay here again. Staff was OUTSTANDING!

They offer a “grab and go” breakfast which consisted of a sausage and biscuit sandwich that had mor chemicals than ingredients, a chocolate chip muffin, too sweet for me to eat, and water. Wish it was juice. The gym was with Golds gym across street so you gave access to a full gym and the staff was always happy to help

It was nice, I liked that was quiet and relaxing, not so crowded. Unfortunately during my stay it was no Wi-Fi and no TV, a little inconvenient, but I guess it was nothing that it could be done.

Quiet clean and comfortable, yet very close to 101, 23 north, and 118 freeways! Fridge was a great size but nob missing and it froze everything. didn't have time to tell them but they would have fixed it right away, I'm sure!

Housekeeper came Into rooms without our knowledge and left our room door open while we were out. Their room and front door disclosure stated they we would not have room service unless we had been there 3 or more days and this was only day 2 for us. Unacceptable !

Everything was good other then there is no eating area as shown in the pictures. You get a sack to go breakfast with a sausage biscuit, water, and muffin.
