The resort had a lot for you to do so you were never really bored. The only thing I didn’t like is that they had no hot tub.

This hotel has tons of protentional. We stayed in a two bedroom ocean front condo. The view was amazing, the layout of the condo was fantastic. However is was dated and not very clean. You could tell the bathrooms were not cleaned since the last guest (at least). We had a full kitchen, but no soap or sponge. Appliances are very old. Living room tv didn't work, furniture is dated. Pool area is under construction, so hopefully that will be better soon. Staff was friendly. You can walk to acme, as well as some restaurants and souvenir stores, Very convenient. would recommend for a short stay on a budget.

Indoor pool was disgusting. Room was dusty and shower walls were gross. AC was loud as it turned on and off all night. Would not recommend or stay again.

Some of the things we enjoyed were the rooms, awesome with the ocean views! All the furniture felt brand new! We seen old mattresses back by the dunpster, the chair and sofa bed felt solid. Stainless steel appliances were nice! We only had 1 nice day to go out and gather sea shells. Indoor pool was nice as well with the tiki bar right at poolside. My family will return this summer! Im asking for our same room!

We were lucky enough to be on a floor (4) that was recently updated, and it was outstanding. Facility was very clean and bright. Very large indoor pool. Short walk to beach. Reasonable rates. Negatives: parking with a large vehicle is tricky in their garage. No one was answering the phone after hours when a neighbor issue arose at 1am. Pool bar is supposed to close at 10pm but bartender closed at 9pm when we arrived after night out. Desk was unmanned when we checked out at 9am on Sunday. We will definitely stay at this place again.

Was awakened at 7-something AM to the banging/sawing/etc of the renovations to the room above on my first morning. They waited until after 8 the second morning. The construction noises to the atrium didn’t start much later. Also had to put up with the other guests across and down the hall partying in the hallways. Very little sound insulation from hallways. Not a relaxing time in our two-night stay.

Updated and pretty clean in the room. Nicely updated with new Nest thermostats however the HVAC is still likely original and was so loud and not working efficiently and made minimal change to actual room temp so we don’t sleep all night.

I booked this hotel through recommendations. I booked the least expensive room because it was only for a couple of days for my daughter’s cheerleading competitions. 1. It was clean. However my room which was on the 4th floor was dated, which I was ok with, but while I was brushing my teeth, the light fixture fell on my head. Hotel worker responded quickly. 2. The water was super cold. 3. TV and WiFi wasn’t working. 4. Hold on my card was supposed to be $100, but they held $200. End result, 1. Staff member was able to switch my room to a pool level, renovated room. 2. Water was slightly warmer. 3. No injuries to my head (thank God) 4. Food I ordered by the Tiki bar was good. 5. Nice atmosphere.- adults and kids had fun. 6. The staff member that originally gave me the room was the same lady who switched my room, but she failed to tell me I got a hotel credit for booking through Expedia. It was another worker who told me about the hotel credit which I used to order food. In the end it all worked out. Rooms on the 4th floor need to be updated and the water needs to be hotter. The hotel itself is really nice. I would stay there again, but not on the 4th floor.

The property had been recently renovated and updated. The new additions were very nice. HOWEVER, they have issues with their hot water system On the the weekend after 9am there was little hot water available due to high demand of the weekend crowd.The Princess Royale must address this issue in order for me to return. It is a lovely hotel and it is unfortunate that they have not rectified the hot water issues. Employees of the hotel told us that hot water has been an ongoing issue so management shouldl be aware of the problem. Please see that you inform them of this review

This place is so cute. Location is a bit far from the boardwalk but that’s Publix knowledge. What I didn’t like is people vaping in the pool by the bar and no one said anything. Kids were everywhere and the group of people didn’t get in any trouble. Little ridiculous

Stayed here from 3/9-3/12/2024 & i have zero complaints. The rooms are modern & clean. Tv worked great the water was hot for showers and although the resort is going through renovations in the Atrium/Pool area it was still opened on the weekend & we enjoyed it. Pool is open fro. 10am-10pm so convenient for adults. Parking was easy so was check in. Beach access was so beautiful. We will return in September.

Don’t go there. My family travel from Montreal to this hôtel. The room was not available and they told Expedia that we never show up. I send a email one week before to confirm that the inside pool is open. When we show up, The pool was not open during the week. We had to find a B plan at the last minutes. They are now refusing to credit the room.

We attended for a family birthday party weekend. We had a room on the third floor that was very dirty & outdated. Dust all around the tub, sand, and a pubic hair in the tub! Floors dirty… surfaces dusty. Not sure when the last time anyone entered that room to clean it, but, for the price of the stay here you’d expect none of the above to happen. Thankfully, we were given another room which was updated and a lot better. So we appreciate that. Another downside is… they were out of water in every single vending machine.. there was no place to get water other than the bar, no complementary water bottles in our room refrigerator and no ice? No sample toothpaste either…. Guess you have to bring a case of water for your stay and some ice. For the money you’d think you’d have better amenities.

The property is located near lots of restaurants and fun activities for the kids. Also right on the beach was a plus. However when we got there the pool was not opened, this was disappointing because i brought my kids for their winter break and the pool was supposed to be the highlight of the trip since its winter time. They told me that someone tried to contact me with that information, buy that was not true. To top it off, the hotel had a bunch of kids there for a dance competition in town and the entire hotel was like a zoo. They were all running down the hallway, loud, all their room doors were opened as they scream to each other back and forth, running in and out of rooms and the parents were doing the same, most of them were drunk and loud, spoke to the feont desk several time and other guest did the same when i was there as well. The pool finally opened on the evening of our second day there and my little 5yr old was just confined to a corner because there was over 100 girl in the pool jumped off each other's shoulders and just being very inconsiderate of other people. It was this way for our entire stay and the hotel did nothing about it.
