The manager, there was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make everything awesome. We were there for the eclipse, and she had special eclipse cookies and purple moon juice, and even had some warm hors d’oeuvres. She definitely went the extra mile to make this a great weekend for us. I give her five stars.

There was insufficient staff. One person for desk and breakfast. As a result, we were out of eggs, coffee, forks etc. The sheets were hard to keep in place. The evening, afternoon person was competent and friendly though. The young lady at breakfast was overwhelmed, seemed to be new: not her fault! She just needed some help.
