What you can expect

Balsamic Guided tour last around 60minutes and includes, the visit of the ancient Acetaia, the explanation of the method of production of the DOP,the difference with the IGP end condiments, then will follow the tasting pure with a spoon,
The Acetaia if Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP is in the attic of the Countryhouse and contains more that 100 small ancient barrels inherited from the Patriarch.
