What you can expect

Visit one of Istanbul’s most sacred sites at the Eyüp Sultan Mosque and Tomb. Continue to the famous Pierre Loti Coffee House, see the the Golden Horn from a high vantage point, and explore the impressive Miniatürk.

Discover why thousands of worshippers visit Eyüp Sultan Mosque every day, and wander through the different rooms as you hear about its Ottoman construction from 1458. The mosque was built next to the place where Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, a close companion of the prophet Muhammad, is said to have been buried. Visit the prophet's tomb, which has been built over Abu Ayyub's grave in his honour.

Continue to the Pierre Loti Coffee House via the Teleferique cable car and enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Golden Horn freshwater estuary as you ascend 1,800 feet (550 m). Pause for a coffee and enjoy the wonderful views at the site where the French poet Pierre Loti sat to write.

Next, it’s time to explore Miniatürk, one of the world's largest miniature parks, covering a total area of 650,000 square feet (60,000 sm). Stroll through the park as you encounter 58 structures from Istanbul, 52 from Anatolia, and 12 from the Ottoman territories that today lie outside of Turkey. End your tour with some free time for souvenir hunting at the shopping centre before returning to your hotel.
