Key West Cheap Vacations

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pier House and will definitely come back. We are not big spa people so we would like to try an oceanfront room next time. But our room was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had a fun time visiting the Chart Room and sitting on the beach at night. Perfect location to all the activities!

The hotel is beautiful, but honestly I expected a bit more. I would definitely recommend booking a partial or direct ocean view room, it makes a huge difference to the experience.

Ants in the bathroom. They came to spray the first day but they returned hours later because there were cracks all over the bathroom. The shower didn’t properly seal so the bathroom floor was soaked after our showers. It needs some serious upkeep. Also informed them it was our honeymoon and that we don’t drink and hoped for something other than a bottle of wine which they were not accommodating to. The man who checked us in was not friendly, welcoming or warm. He seemed bothered by our questions.

Everything was wonderful except having some mosquitoes in room.

Hot tub out of order, and the room was a bit cramped, but that's on me I should have paid for a larger room. The staff on Mother's Day weekend was excellent.

I prefer bottom line pricing, without added fees. Companies are all about making money on everything they can. This is a fabulous property, but would be much better to have ALL costs included in the bottom line.

Would love to review but when we arrived we were told there was a problem with the booking and we were moved to another hotel. The Orchid Key was very good but clearly we should should have been informed before we arrived

What a delightful stay !!! The decore was very "beachie" and had a hammock out back. It was an end room on the bay and in the morning iguana's would come up out of the trees to see us. Very memorable [:-)
