Isla Grande − Vacances au parc aquatique

We have travelled a lot and Bastion is in our top 5% hotel for Breakfast (surprisingly good European quality level) and it has a great rooftop pool. It is in the center of everything but surprisingly quiet.⭐️🙂

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide range of food and everything so fresh ! The food at dinner was delicious as well. Also, the view from the rooftop is just breathtaking, a 360° view on the city ! The spa staff should also be praised for its professionalism, treatments were great ! In general, the staff was really efficient, just some mistakes on the bill but they were fixed eventually. Finally, I’d like to thank Luisa from the guest service who brought us essential help to finalize our Colombian journey. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll come back for sure !

Superbes installations de piscines et jacuzzis. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Animaux en liberté, très amusant pour les enfants. Déjeuners de bonne qualité et avec variations quotidiennes. Accès direct à la plage. Chambres un peu vieillottes et usées, mais plutôt propres.
