(3,118 reviews) There was hair in the tub when we first arrived. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The shower head was set really low and not adjustable, so hard for taller people to use. The bed frame wasn't anchored to the wall and there were huge holes where the nails were supposed to be. There were no welcome snacks or extra toiletries (Q-tips, cotton puffs). The mini fridge was so cold it froze our stuff. However, the linens were clean and the theme of the room was warm and cozy. The hair and skin care products (Rocky Mountain) were amazing as usual. The spa was nice overall, and the massages were amazing, but the geisha tub was too tiny to really relax in for two people. The underground parking is a disaster. Really tiny spaces, under construction, and a lot of spots pooled in mud puddles. The staff were really lovely throughout the facility, and overall a good experience! (1,808 reviews) We enjoyed our stay at Chateau Canmore. While this hotel has some subtle signs of being an older hotel, they are working on updating and our room showed evidence. The room felt fresh and clean. We found the seating/kitchenette area felt warm if the bedroom area had the door closed for too long, but we were able to figure that out pretty quickly. The pool isn't huge, but it was still big enough for the kids to have fun. The coffee machine by the front desk was great for coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the evening.
