Very nice hotel, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and staff were very attentive to all needs and solved any problems we had. We also had an airport transfer booked by them which was very convenient and better priced than any transfer we had used previously

The room was comfortable, looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice! Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

الفندق من حيث النظافه ممتاز ، و هو اربع نجوم و ليس ٥ ، الغرفه ممتازه و قريب من جميع الخدمات و مجمع بلاتنيوم ، استقبال الفندق في الطابق السابع ، لا يوجد لوبي بالمعنى الحرفي ، بشكل عام جيد جدا ، و كانت اقامه مريحه ، مدخل الفندق باب جانبي ، و هناك اعمال طرق امام الفندق

Beautiful Hotel, Lovely Staff, Excellent Location, close to every amenity imaginable. Can't think of anywhere else I'd want to stay.

Amazing and attentive staff, the breakfast was wonderful

Elevators need to be faster. One was down during our stay. It was slow up and down. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great! Close to train and ferries.
