Check in is not until 3pm and the property could not allow us to check in earlier. We had arrived on the early morning flight so got to the island for 9.30am. After a long flight we were tired and could not shower etc so spent the majority of the day on the beach which was not ideal with a child. I would offer feedback to the island in terms of moving their check in time to earlier and having some flexibility.

It was a good put far away from the city

This property was above and far beyond anything I could have expected. The staff was amazing and so welcoming and accommodating. The resort has everything you could ever need. There really is no need to leave. The lagoon is open 24/7 which we loved. Room service is available 24/7. There is valet parking and the staff is always available to drive you to and from your room in the little golf cars. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is phenomenal with everything you could ever think of as an option. I really can’t say enough about this resort. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we want to come back with our family. I can’t find one thing to complain about. Our time here was amazing!

The half board and lounge access is a must and was worth every penny, food options are great but drink are very very expensive and not included unless full board (Water £8-9 a bottle) The rooms where spacious but the beds are very hard and pillows are to soft causing back ache everytime you sleep Unfortunately on the first day we found the a robes had been rehung and not swapped for a new ones, we found this out as a e-cig had been left in one of the pockets, if not we would have never of known which was concerning as we have children with us, the hotel did resolve this asap and ensured to check all was ok every day of our stay after this Also on the Expedia booking the hotel tax stated (to be paid at the hotel) did not take into account our room having 2 bedrooms so I was charged twice as much as stated at booking, I am yet to follow up with Expedia to see if reimbursement is possible as the hotel where adement they where not able to do anything forcing me to pay even tho seeing the booking in the Expedia app as confirmation

I didn’t like when they charge for chips and drinks, I do like the location everything is so, close to the hotel.
