The hotel lounge was a fantastic amenity that was well used by guests. There was a sociable and friendly environment. Complimentary tea, coffees, water, pastries, biscuits, fruit and port were available throughout the day and night. There was also a bar for those guests who wanted something different.
The staff were very friendly and helpful!
The historic charm of the hotel and its locality were perfect.
Altogether, a great place to stay.

This hotel is astonishing from the museum, the staff, the food and beautiful rooms. Every member of staff was helpful in providing insight on places to see, how to get around and overall recommendations. The hotel is also in walking distance from the shops and restaurants. This is an absolute must visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making everything so easy for us. The room itself was bright, airy, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. To top it off, the cleanup crew did an amazing job cleaning the room daily, keeping everything spotless throughout our visit. Highly recommended!
