Colombia Adventure Vacations

The hotel is in a good and safe neighborhood. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a small kitchen and living space. The hotel is clean, has a short but good breakfast selection. The staff is wonderful, they assisted us with everything we asked, Victoria and Jeison were especially great. We felt everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

I stayed at the same hotel a year ago and again this October. There was a very noticeable difference in their attention to detail & timeliness when services like laundry or just general house keeping were involved. It was a daily struggle to get both a hand towel and body towel for showers. I ultimately bought some from a store due to delays this was causing. Additionally, they kept running out of pool-side cabana bed towels. The large towels used to cover the cabana bed mattresses. When I asked to be given extra pool towels instead, to cover the dirty pool mattress, I was told no. Mind you, birds defecate on them daily. This was infuriating to me, being that I paid a posted price for those amenities. However, my lived experience was once they had my money, my access to those amenities was something to be rationed out. The doormen & bellboys are still very attentive & professional. They take their jobs seriously which was very reassuring. As always, their breakfasts were amazing. Also, living with the advertised wildlife was still highly enjoyable. Particularly the toucans, peacock & small deer. 🙂 I was highly impressed with this hotel in 2025. So much so that I insisted we stay there again this year. I hope this was just an off week for them, in terms of service. Regardless, based on my 2026 experience, I think I will try another hotel in the neighborhood if I visit Cartagena again.

Todo fue excelente, la atención, el personal, la comida, las habitaciones Volvería sin dudarlo
