Mexico Eco-friendly Vacations

We had a great time , everyone was very attentive. The view from our room was breathtaking!!

This resort is quiet, lovely, staff is super helpful, food was ok.

My wife and I travel as a hobby... and we travel in luxury. The Rosewood Mayakoba is the most luxurious experience we have had. The spa is perhaps the best on earth, the interior mangroves and boat rides to restaurants is such a cool experience. The rooms are literally on top of the water, private pools, AMAZING service... truly an experience that I hated to end!

Our overall vacation was excellent. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. All was clean and the facilities are great. The only thing we found a little less than our expectations was that some evening entertainment had additional charges and the buffet was largely the same each day, although the food was really good. Despite the sargassum problem the beach was well kept. We are likely to return.

Overall great resort as this is my second time. The only issue was reso system needs to be improved for restaurants. And seaweed problem but I understand that’s across the coastal line

Great experience at the Palladium resort and spa. Very impressed with the Butler team Ana, Katherine and Daniel. They were extremely efficient and kind and took care of all reservations, secured shuttle service and answers all my questions. I love how we stayed on touch via the whats app, brilliant idea. Spa experience was also fantastic, Carmen is an expert in her field and Grecia at the bront desk was very attentive. I enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant too. Food was yummy and again the staff were very friendly. I also want to recognize the team driving the shuttles, the bell hop team and the beach butlers Aaron and Alex. Lastly, Lenny who looked after my roo. Upgrade and she met me when i checked in and also greeted me again when i checked out. The room upgrade was well worth the price. Well maintained resort, also enjoyed the gym and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for making my experience great. Perfect spot for solo travel, families and couple. They cater to very group very well. Thank you.

On the first day we had an issue with our rooms air conditioning and only luke warm water for the shower. It took a little bit to convince them to change our room. But once we got into our new room which was even better cause of the location it was in we were fine. The food was good. One main restaurant with a buffet had a different theme every night. For me i prefer at least one restaurant have a variety of food every night. I would go there again.
