Mexico Eco-friendly Vacations

Property was stunningly beautiful. Felt like living inside a nature reserve, but with all the luxery services you would expect. Teenagers loved the swim out room. Would return!!

We were very surprised and disappointed in the dinning and food options. We had never been to an all-inclusive that you didn't actually have access to the restaurants. They were all booked out during our stay. I was not able to find the information anywhere online that indicated that you had to book ahead of time or that we also only got one other meal during our stay. The buffet was not impressive at all and we found it difficult to find meals that we enjoyed,

Rooms are solid, but nothing out of the ordinary. Finding staff willing to provide a good service was the biggest challenge. From getting golf carts to pick you up to follow through on requests, many areas and different people failed to deliver. We booked because las year we stayed at the Playa Mujeres property, and it didn’t live up to that.

The hotel was exceptionally clean

Beautiful, quiet place. The pool was a bit too cold for our liking. The restaurant food was about a 7.

Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge. Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !

Very peaceful place. Staff is super friendly. Food and drinks are lovely. I enjoyed the morning yoga and meditation. The beach loungers could use some repairs.

It was my boyfriend’s first time on vacation and for two people who don’t have kids, we had a great time at a family resort. There was so much to do and the food was amazing. The buffet was perfect every time we went. So many options and the drinks are endless. The AC could have been a bit better. But overall amazing time and would come back again. The staff were amazing with remembering names which was incredible and felt very welcoming.
