Umaid Mahal is a stunning heritage-style hotel with truly beautiful décor. Every corner feels elegant and thoughtfully designed, making it a really special place to stay. The architecture and interiors give you a real sense of Rajasthan’s royal charm while still being comfortable and modern. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and luxurious. It’s the kind of place that makes your stay in Jaipur feel even more memorable. Highly recommend if you want a hotel with character, beauty, and a true palace-like vibe.

We loved the beautiful hotel grounds.

We liked the garden first floor room because we provided us with a view of nature while at the same time offering a very short path to the pool area.

Lovely hotel and staf are super friendly and helpful. Only drawback on my stay was the number of weddings taking place on the hotel grounds. However, staff went over and above to accommodate, particularly Steffi. Great facilities, large rooms and very peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Every aspect of the Four Seasons in Mumbai spells comfort, class and sophistication. The staff at every touch point provided exemplary service. They were customer centric and very accommodating. The breakfast spread was large and multi cuisine. The rooftop lounge restaurant AER was stunning with incredible views. This was an oasis within the very noisy city of Mumbai.

Room was not satisfactory. Bathroom had a leak. Beds were smaller than shown in picture. Beds were not separated and were made into one big bed even though I had stated that there were 3 adults staying in the room. Staff (Manthan - Manager), in particular, was very helpful. He accommodated us as best he could. But, there were no other rooms available, even when I offered to pay for an upgrade.
