Good that I had booked imagica theme park & then water park the next day or my stay could have turned out to be very boring. To make my experience even bitter I was made to wait for 20 - 25 minutes for checkout. There were 2 counter, your staff Deepa told me that the other counter which has 5 people in queue was for check-out. Her counter only had 1 in queue. When I questioned the manager (Aditya I believe), he said both counters are for check-out & deepa lied him that she told me the same. Honestly I enjoyed in imagica & not in Novotel. Breakfast was good but can be improved by introducing more Non-veg breakfast items. Overall Not worth the money paid.
