Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room apartment measuring 90 square meters, located on the 1st floor. The apartment features comfortable and tasteful furnishings, including an open living/dining room with a dining table, TV (flat screen), hi-fi system, and DVD player. There is also an exit leading to the balcony from the living/dining area. The apartment has 2 rooms, each equipped with a double bed (90 cm wide and 200 cm long). Additionally, there is another room with 2 beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), a TV, and a radio.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (cheese). Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine can be purchased separately. The kitchen also includes a raclette grill. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. It is equipped with underfloor heating for your comfort. The balcony, measuring 9 square meters and facing south, offers a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, countryside, and the resort. It is furnished with balcony furniture and an electric barbecue. Other amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. You will also have access to reserved roofed parking.

The apartment is suitable for non-smokers only, and a maximum of 1 pet/dog is allowed. Smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided for your safety.
