Net living space: 110 sqm living space and 18 sqm balcony. Standard: High-quality fit-out standard following various renovations stages. Furnishings and inventory: Apartment with hight-quality furnishings and complete house inventory, also of high quality. TV/Multimedia: Swisscom connection.
