Called 3 times with no answer. We had to book another hotel to stay the night as we waited for more than an hour in front of the locked property with 2 children from 8-9pm. Apart from this new cost of booking another hotel, Le Bijou only decided to refund us 3 out of 4 nights we had booked with them. And I still have not received the refund. Leider konnte man die Raumtemperatur resp. die elektrischen Stellantriebe der Heizkörper nicht via Smart Homr anpassen, so dass wir durchgehend das Fenster etwas öffnen mussten. Kleinigkeiten wie kaputte Türgriffe, fremde Haargummis am Boden und ein etwas kompliziert zu bedienendes el. Feuer fielen zwar negativ auf, haben den positiven Gesamteindruck aber nicht getrübt. The location is extremely close to the main station and the 3 bedroom loft style penthouse was well presented. The apartment was clean and the concierge James is a diligent host. Kids loved exploring the apartment plus the added bonus of rooftop patio. Kids didn’t want to leave.
