The mesmerizing sea views stretch endlessly from every corner of the villa.This modern retreat offers everything you need for a truly luxurious stay on Croatia’s scenic southern coast.  
Villa Belenum is exquisite property 360m2 big on 800m2 big plot which spans across three floors offering a luxurious and spacious living experience. It has large and incredibly light and airy rooms with large glass exits on extensive sea views terraces. You can’t get more idyllic place than this sensational Villa which offers a dream vacation with first-level service during your entire stay which includes housekeeping service every day together with delicious breakfast. Villa is furnished to the highest standard every small detail was taken care of to provide our guests the highest quality vacation.  
Upon entrance in villa first you will step on first floor where you will be greeted by a stylish furnishing living room, dining area and fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities with large glass open exit to an shaded outside lounge area. Also there is a toilet and part with barbecue and outside dining area.  
You’ll be instantly drawn to the glorious outdoor area, with multiple spaces to gaze and relax.  
From lounge area you will step to a amazing fully equipped master bedroom with balcony which offers a view to a Adriatic Sea where you will enjoy in stunning views when you wake up in the morning, own ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub intended for those who wants spend time with a loving person.  
A spacious staircase will take you to the second floor where you will find 2 fully equipped double bedrooms with own ensuite bathrooms with showers and balconies which offers a view to the Sea as well. One of the bathrooms has extra bathtub from which it extends sea view ideal for relaxation with a glass of bubbly in romantic nights while watching the sunset.  
At ground floor you will find one more fully equipped double bedroom with sea view balcony, ensuite shower bathroom which offers sea view directly from shower. In fifth bedroom there are 2 single beds, ensuite shower bathroom, spacious terracce with swing. This bedroom is fully equipped and elegant like all the others bedrooms in Villa. Also on the same floor there is a sauna, a gym, one more bathroom with a shower. This area is intended for those who want to stay in shape during  
vacation. Moving to the outside area of the property you will find the 32 m2 infinity pool including counter -current swimming with stunning views over its horizon edge to the turquoise bay. The pool is heated and allows you to swim and enjoy the colder months.

The villa is really beautiful with amazing views. (There is some construction currently happening in the surrounding areas but it did not disrupt us) The included breakfast was a really nice touch. Uber service to the villa was great and the villa is well located for driving to airport or other areas such as Cavtat. We had a great time here.

We’ve traveled far and wide, but this experience was truly on another level! Every morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast provided by our amazing host—always there, always helpful, and just the kindest person you could imagine.The home itself was absolutely spectacular. Modern, spotless, and with a layout designed for total relaxation. It felt like the perfect oasis to unwind and recharge. And the country? Wow. The people were unbelievably warm and welcoming—more helpful and genuine than anywhere we've ever been. It was unforgettable from start to finish! Not to mention, the city of Dubrovnik was pristine—clean, safe, and simply a joy to explore. It was the perfect setting for a getaway.

Everything as advertised + more. Great location and property for our family of adults. The breakfast, laundry service and cleaning every day was a great touch. Luksa was a great host, arranged everything we needed and always available to answers questions.

#### Paradise in Croatian villa

What can I say, I have an eye for detail, this stay had it all. The owner met us personally and we received excellent housekeeping and service all trip from genuinely decent and friendly hosts. The split level Villa is new and incredible, great pool and patio area with amazing views, a paradise perched in the hills over looking the sea. every need was catered for, we have stayed in many villas, this topped the lot. Congratulations for delivering excellence.
